NON-INSURED SERVICES
Non-insured services are services provided by the physicians, nurses or staff which are not covered under MSI but are still billable. These services require payment directly from the patient. They include but are not limited to:
Immunization records
Forms completion
Medicals for driver’s license
Out-of-country/province non-insured visit
Photocopies/long distance phone/fax
Prescription refills
Ear syringing
Foot care
Transfer of medical records
Travel vaccinations
Liquid nitrogen
